First Sunday in Italy

One thing is hard when in Italy or actually two things...what to do and what to eat.... there is to many options. We decided to go to Sirmione at Lake Garda. 

We strolled through the historic parts and ended up all the way at the edge of this peninsula. Beautiful.

I am not going to rant with details but one little detail is that the ruins are from aproximately 80 years before christ. Impressive.

We did not bring our speedos but many men did..... it is not a myth.... 

... and of course we ate... Is anything not good eating in Italy?

I had an absolutely wonderful spaghetti Carbonara and Ricky had citrus baked trout.
