hela helgen utan dator

After all.....It's just a game. Trean skulle kommenterat det uttalandet med....så talar någon som aldrig spelat boll själv. Och det är nog sant.

CLAYTON — It was a special season for Fairfield High School’s boys soccer team, but there was nothing magical about the ending Saturday night, Oct. 31.
The Indians couldn’t find the net and watched Beavercreek find it multiple times in a Division I district championship game at Clayton Northmont, suffering a 3-0 setback.
“We didn’t have our ‘A’ game, and you can’t go far in the tournament at this level when you don’t bring your ‘A’ game,” said Fairfield coach Chad Reed, whose squad finished 13-3-3.
“I’m still very proud of the season,” he continued. “We’ve got 13 seniors, and they worked their tails off this year. I think they’ll remember this season with a lot of pride. They really helped build the soccer tradition back up on the boys side at Fairfield.”
Beavercreek (13-2-4) has cranked up its play in the tournament after ending the regular season with an 0-2-2 skid.
It’s the second straight district title for the Beavers, who got goals from David Voelker, Dustin Wright and Matt Lemke.
“We’re playing to our strengths right now,” Beavercreek coach John Guiliano said. “We’re playing the ball to feet, maintaining possession and moving really well.”
Voelker gave the Beavers a shot of adrenaline with 3:12 remaining in the first half, turning a long throw-in from teammate Sam Bertsos into a goal.
“The first goal is a heartbreaker and momentum changer,” said Voelker, a junior forward. “I didn’t think the ball was coming over everybody’s heads like that. Luckily my foot was there, and you’ve got to finish your chances.”
Wright made it 2-0 with 36:48 left in the game, banging a shot off a Fairfield player and past goalie Nathan Ducklo. Lemke scored just over three minutes later.
Ducklo had eight saves and Josh Pfaff added three over the last 18-plus minutes for the Tribe.
